Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing a Basement in Florissant, MO
On this job, we first install the sub-floor drainage system, positioned beneath the perimeter of the basement floor. Unlike old-style French drains, our sub-floor drainage system sits on top of the footing, so it’s impervious to clogging from mud or debris and deftly captures any wall or floor water before it can rise into your basement living space. The collected water from the sub-floor drainage systems is channeled directly to the sump pump system, featuring a twin liner, a 1/3 hp cast iron primary pump, an ultra-reliable 1/2 hp backup pump, and a battery-powered control system.
Water Protection
This French drain is designed to be installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing.
WaterGuard™
The WaterGuard™ system collects water that seeps through basement walls and drains it to your sump pump.
Pump
In the case of a tripped circuit, power outage, or sump failure, your TripleSafe™'s UltraSump™ Battery Backup System will kick in.
Discharge Line
Designed to carry the collected water away from the basement's foundation and out through the LawnScape™ outlet.
