Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofed Basement in Freeburg, IL

This project involved the installation of a complete below-grade waterproofing solution designed to control groundwater intrusion and provide long-term structural protection. The basement perimeter was prepared by cutting and removing sections of concrete flooring where the sub-floor drainage channel was installed. The drainage conduit was positioned along the foundation footing to capture wall and floor seepage before connecting to the sump basin. All channels were covered with clean stone, and the floor surface was restored with concrete for a seamless finish. We also installed a sump pump system in the designated sump pit.
