Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofed Basement in Pana, IL
The purpose of this project was to install a comprehensive basement waterproofing and environmental control system consisting of a sump pump unit, exterior discharge configuration, and a dehumidification system. A twin liner sump basin was installed in the designated sump pit to accommodate the sump pump system. An exterior discharge line was installed to direct water flow efficiently away from the structure.
Lines
These discharge lines connect to the sump pump system, designed to redirect water away from the home's basement.
Pump
The sump liner was sealed with an airtight lid equipped with an airtight floor drain and alarm, providing operational monitoring and vapor containment.
Lawn Outlet
The LawnScape™ outlet is designed to drain the collected water away from the basement's foundation.
