Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofed Basement in Florissant, MO

The purpose of this project was to install a comprehensive basement waterproofing and environmental control system consisting of a sub-floor drainage system positioned atop the foundation footing and connected end-to-end. A sub-floor drainage port was installed as part of the perimeter drainage to enable convenient access for inspections and future maintenance. A TripleSafe pump system was installed within a twin liner sump basin. Three CleanPump stands were placed for stability, and the basin was sealed with an airtight lid featuring a floor drain and WaterWatch alarm.
