On this job, our team had to install a sub-floor drainage channel on top of the foundation footing, positioned to intercept wall and floor seepage efficiently. A drain was installed at the threshold points, such as stairwell entries, doorways, or other vulnerable areas. It integrates with the sub-floor drainage system's perimeter to intercept surface water at entry points. Lastly, we installed a sump pump system that's designed to pump the collected water away from the basement's foundation.
