This project provides a comprehensive basement waterproofing and protection solution, combining industry-leading drainage, pumping systems, and wall finishing designed to keep your basement dry and structurally sound. The sub-floor interior drainage channel is installed inside the basement perimeter under the concrete floor. Its unique design sits on the foundation footing to avoid clogging and efficiently captures water seepage from walls and floors before it can reach the basement living space. Then we installed a sump pump system that features a twin-liner basin with two cast iron pumps: a 1/3 hp primary and a 1/2 hp backup pump to provide reliable water removal under all circumstances. Lastly, the CleanSpace™ Wall System is installed on specified basement walls. This system creates an airtight, waterproof barrier that helps improve basement air quality and complements the entire waterproofing system.
