This project focuses on complete basement waterproofing and finishing with proven water management systems and aesthetic upgrades for a dry, comfortable living space. The sub-floor drainage system is embedded under your basement floor’s concrete. It captures wall and floor water seepage before it reaches your living space and channels it safely to your sump pump. The sump pump system features dual cast iron pumps: a dependable 1/3 hp primary and a 1/2 hp backup. With twin liners, a pump stand, an airtight lid with a floor drain, and an alarm system, it ensures reliable removal of water from your basement. Then we install a paneling system on the basement walls to provide an attractive and clean wall finish. As a standalone wall covering, it is cosmetic, but it is designed to work best when installed alongside a Basement Systems Waterproofing System.

BrightWall™ is a rigid plastic sheeting that is attached to your basement wall using drilled-in plastic fasteners.
