For this job, we had to saw-cut and carefully remove the concrete along the designated basement perimeter to install our sub-floor drainage channels. The sub-floor drainage system was installed directly on top of the foundation footing, running continuously along the wall to intercept and direct groundwater and wall seepage. The channels were surrounded by clean stone, and the floor slab was restored with fresh concrete for a seamless finish and durable operation.
