This project delivered a high-standard basement waterproofing and drainage solution, ensuring safety, reliability, and a dry, protected living space. The process began with the precise installation of the sub-floor drainage system, positioned above the footing and along the basement perimeter. For maximum protection, a sump pump system was installed, featuring a twin liner, 1/3 hp cast iron primary AC pump, a 1/2 hp cast iron AC backup pump, and an UltraSump™ battery backup pumping system.
Drainage System
After placement, the sub-floor drainage system was covered with concrete for a seamless finish and effective hidden drainage.
Pump
During a power outage, our UltraSump™ battery backup sump pump, when fully charged, can pump over 11,500 gallons at its highest setting.

Our team installed the LawnScape™ outlet as a secondary drainage source.
