Drainage system
The WaterGuard™ system collects water that seeps through basement walls and drains it to your sump pump.
Pump
In situations involving large quantities of water or if the main pump fails, a backup Zoeller™ ½ hp pump, positioned slightly higher in the liner, will activate to take over.
Waterproofing Installed
The WaterGuard™ system collects water that seeps through basement walls and drains it to your sump pump.
Drainage
This sub-floor drainage system is intended to be placed beneath the floor slab, sitting on the foundation footing.
Sub-Floor Drain Installed
This is what the process of installing the WaterGuard™ system looks like. The waterproofing product is buried underneath rocks, then sealed with poured concrete to give it a clean finished look.
Humidity
A SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier was set up next to the TripleSafe sump pump to keep basement humidity low, improving air quality and preventing moisture-related issues.
Ice Protection
The discharge line was routed to daylight, equipped with IceGuard™ to safeguard against clogs or freezing outdoors, and a LawnScape™ outlet for water dispersal at its end.
Outlet
Here is the LawnScape™ outlet, which is designed to allow a secondary passageway for the excess water to be drained away from the basement.
