Our team worked on waterproofing a customer's basement by installing a sub-floor drainage system along the perimeter. This system is designed to collect water that seeps through the joints where the basement floor meets the walls. Once the water is collected, it is transported through the system to a sump pump, which then pumps the water away from the foundation of the basement.

Minimal Disruption

WaterGuard™ is installed with minimal disruption to the slab, and all concrete is restored after the installation.

Pump

The TripleSafe™ sump pump is designed to function during severe weather, including a power outage, thanks to the battery backup pump.

Waterproofing

The WaterGuard™ system gathers water that penetrates through basement walls and directs it to your sump pump.

Mud Zone

The WaterGuard™ drainage system is installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing. This keeps the drainage system out of the mud zone, where drains can become clogged.

Clean Finish

The WaterGuard™ system installs quickly and has a clean finished appearance, meaning you don't have to worry about having an unsightly drain around the basement.
