Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing Basement in Dale, IL

This project will permanently protect the basement from water intrusion and excess humidity by installing a complete drainage and pumping system. First, a WaterGuard™ sub-floor drainage system was installed along the interior perimeter of the basement. Then, to control surface water or entry-point leaks, a TrenchDrain™ system will be installed under the doorway, capturing water that enters through doorways, stairwells, or other openings and channeling it into the sub-floor drainage system. Lastly, water collected by the drainage systems will be directed to a TripleSafe™ sump pump system, a high-performance three-pump unit designed to operate during a power outage.
