Basement Water Seepage
From this photo it seems that water is seeping through the brick foundation wall and where the floor meets the wall. We fix problems like these since 1986.
Water Drainage System
The sub-floor drainage system is installed along the perimeter of the basement's foundation wall, that can except some seepage down the wall and from under the floor draining the water to the sump pump. (sump pump not shown in this photo)
Old Sump Pump
This basement did have a sump pump, pictured between the wood shelf and small white dehumidifier, which obviously is not keeping the basement dry. This is why the home owner trusted us with their basement water proofing.
Sump Pump System
Our sump pump system is designed to efficiently pump water from the sub-floor drainage system through discharge lines that lead out of the basement.
Basement Dehumidifier
Not only is it important to drain water out of your basement, but keep the moisture out of the air as well, especially on humid summer days. This dehumidifier works to bring in moist basement air and wring out the moisture and provide dry air to the basement. Lessening moisture, and condensation which means less mold growth.
Exterior Sump Pump Discharge Lines
Water is pumped out of the basement through the discharge lines which are installed with added protection and peace of mind to know that if there is a clog or frozen discharge lines water is being drained properly always to the outside.
The Last Step
After water is pumped from the basement through the sump-pump and discharge lines, this is the waters final stop as it is drained far from the basement to this outlet.
