Interior Water Drainage
This drainage system is installed out of site along the perimeter of the basement as a sub-floor drainage system. The water collected from seepage along the basement's wall, and from under the floor is drained from this system to the sump pump.
Tight Space Water Drainage
Even in tighter rooms such as shown in the picture, basement waterproofing can be done to accomplish absolute water drainage throughout the entirety of the basement.
Sump Pump System
This is the heart of the basement waterproofing system. It takes all of the collected water from the basement and pumps it through discharge lines to the exterior of the house, away from the basement and the house.
Exterior Sump Pump Drainage
The water collected in the basement's sump pump is pumped out of the basement through the discharge lines, which are shown here installed on the side of the house. The discharge lines are made with extreme cold weather in mind so that even in this type of weather, the system will continue to drain properly and never clog.
