Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing and Foundation Repair in Wildwood, MO

Our team's objective of this project was to implement a comprehensive sub-floor drainage system to ensure effective and reliable basement water proofing as well as a steel plated beams to aid in basement foundation concerns. The installation process began with installed a water guard system along the foundation walls to help encapsulate the basement and stay dry. Then the foundation steel beams were installed stopping any wall failure and caving. Next the waterproofing system was installed. A perimeter sub-floor drainage system was installed to collect water and direct it to a sump pump system. The setup includes two primary pumps and a battery backup to ensure reliable water removal during power outages, heavy storms, or pump failure. Water is discharged safely outside the home through exterior drain lines, which also feature a fail-safe device to prevent backups caused by freezing or blockages—providing year-round basement protection.

Basement Foundation Instability

As shown in the photo, this home had visible cracking in the basement foundation wall-an indication of foundation instability that required stabilization.

In this picture you can see the sub-floor drainage system, that works as drains that lead to the sump-pump. You can also see the wall encapsulation placed along the walls.

Steel Plated Foundation Beams

This home's basement was not only waterproofed, but the foundation wall was fixed as well by the use of these custom-fit steel beams that ensure a permanent fix to foundation failure.

Sump Pump System

Our sump pump system is designed to efficiently pump water from the sub-floor drainage system through discharge lines that lead out of the basement. The system comes with a battery back up that ensures water drainage is still occurring in any kind of power outage.
