Sub-Floor Drainage System
Along the perimeter of the affected basement, our team installs sub-floor drains as the first step in waterproofing. The clog free drains collects all water from the basement and leads it towards the sump pump.
Sump Pump System
The sump pump collects water from the sub-floor drains then pumps the water through the white discharge lines, to the exterior of the home, up and far from the basement.
Discharge Lines
The white discharge lines shown in the basement carry water from the sump system to the exterior of the home. In this image, you can see the outlet pipes, which are specifically engineered to withstand cold weather and prevent freezing. With this design in place, the system continues to drain water effectively, even during freezing temperatures, ensuring reliable year-round protection.
Lawn Water Outlet
The last step in the water proofing process is the outlet which is placed at the exterior of the home far from the home. The outlet can be seen in this picture as the small green circle blending into the grass towards the lower left of the image.
