Sub-Floor Drainage
The dark area on the perimeter of the basement is where the sub-floor drainage system is installed. This is what collects water from the basement and sends it to the sump pump system.
Clog Free Drainage
Our sub-floor drainage system is designed to be clog free, meaning that in years to come after a long time of water drainage has occurred, the drain will never clog with debris and won't have a need for replacement.
Sump Pump System
The sump pump is what collects all the water from the sub-floor drains and pumps it up and out of the basement through the white discharge lines. In the instance of a power outage, there is a battery backup installed alongside it, ensuring it will continuously stay running.
Discharge Lines and Lawn Outlet
The white discharge lines shown here are connected to the basement's sump pump system, carrying water from the pump to the outside of the home. As seen in this image, the lines extend from the basement to the exterior. The final step in the waterproofing system is the outlet, positioned a safe distance away from the home to ensure water is discharged far from the foundation, keeping the basement dry and protected.
