Sub-Floor Drainage
The darkened strip around the basement perimeter shows where the sub-floor drainage system is installed. It captures water along the foundation and directs it to the sump pump to be safely removed.
Encapsulation
Basement wall encapsulation creates a permanent waterproof barrier that blocks moisture intrusion, inhibits mold growth, reduces musty odors, and improves overall energy efficiency. This process helps protect the home's structural integrity while converting damp basement areas into clean, dry, and usable space.
Sump Pump
The sump pump collects water from the sub-floor drainage system and pumps it up and out of the basement through the white discharge lines.
Water Drainage
Our basement drain systems improve on traditional drainage methods by incorporating a wall flange that allows water seeping through the walls to enter the drain system directly. This design captures both wall and floor moisture and channels it away from the foundation. The system also prevents debris from entering the drainage area while providing a clean, finished appearance at the basement floor.
