Sub-Floor Drainage
The sub-floor drains are installed along the perimeter of the basement wall, they are seen in this picture as the dark gray area. This is what collects water from the basement and sends it to the sump pump system.
Sump Pump
The sump pump collects water from the sub-floor drainage system and pumps it out of the basement through the white discharge lines. In the event of a power outage, a battery backup system is installed alongside the pump to ensure continued operation and uninterrupted protection.
Cold Resistant Waterproofing
The two white pipes exiting the side of the home are the exterior discharge lines connected to the basement sump pump. These lines are engineered with a freeze-resistant design, ensuring water is safely pumped out of the basement even during extreme cold weather.
Clean Appearance
The system installs quickly and has a clean finished appearance, meaning you don't have to worry about having an unsightly drain around the basement.
Final Step in Waterproofing
The discharge lines carry collected water out of the basement and direct it to the green drain shown in the image. This drain is strategically placed at a safe distance from the home, ensuring water is discharged far away from the basement foundation.
