The Waterguard system is installed above the footing and collects any water coming up from the ground before it reaches the basement surface. Finally, the seam in the flooring was covered by concrete to prevent future leaks.

Radon cannot be tasted, seen, or smelled so many homeowners do not recognize the danger it is causing in their home. Radon is a toxic gas that if at a high level, can put people at risk for lung cancer. It is the top leading cause of lung cancer in the United States.
The radon mitigation system contains PVC pipes that run around and under the home. The PVC pipes collects the toxic gas and releases it away from the home. Kathy M. is at peace knowing the radon level has reduced tremendously thanks to the radon mitigation system.
