A concrete porch in Saint Clair, Missouri, had some displacement that was causing a major trip hazard for the homeowners. Woods came in and addressed this issue with two systems. The first was the PolyLevel System. This system consists of a highly durable foam that is injected directly beneath the concrete. As it sets, the foam lifts the concrete back up to its original position. Next, they installed the NexusPro System. This system is a silicone-based sealant for cracks. It is specially engineered to stay flexible over time and stand up to harsh weather conditions. It has a very quick application and drying time and can last over 20 years. With these installs in place, the porch is now trip hazard free and safe to use for decades to come.
A sidewalk in Troy, MO, was unleveled and needed to be addressed. The homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. By drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath, the foam expands and lifts the concrete slab up to level it out. This foam hardens to become rock solid within hours. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the gaps in between the concrete slabs. This system will withstand the test of time, as well as any harsh weather the homeowner may receive. With these systems in place, the homeowner can now rest easy knowing their sidewalk is in great shape!

A concrete sidewalk in Troy, MO was settling, causing the slabs to become uneven. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slab back up. This will restore peace of mind for years to come!
Linda and Dan B. own a restaurant in Troy, Missouri that had sinking concrete on their patio section. To prevent customers from tripping, they wanted to fix the problem, so they decided to call Woods Basement Systems. Systems design specialist, Chris S., recommended PolyLeveling for the job.
Foreman, William T., installed the PolyLevel. PolyLevel works to permanently lift and stabilize sinking concrete slabs with a high density polyurethane formula. First, a small, dime-sized hole is drilled into the concrete. Then the polymer is injected into the slab and the hole is covered with additional concrete so there's no mismatched colors between slabs.
Now, Linda and Dan B. can safely run their business.
