A crawlspace in Windsor, Illinois, needed to be sealed along with showing signs of a failing foundation. To address these issues, Woods first installed the CleanSpace system. Team Woods installed a CleanSpace liner to keep the crawlspace safe from water damage and make it more energy-efficient. CleanSpace is an inorganic vapor barrier that traps out moisture as well as potentially harmful microbial growth.

The CleanSpace encapsulation system is a durable liner that is placed on the floor and up the walls of the crawl space. It also is wrapped around the piers in the crawl space. The CleanSpace acts as a vapor barrier and drains any leaks that may occur behind it.
