CleanSpace is a vapor barrier made of inorganic materials used to seal off a basement form moisture. It works to collect water that seeps through the basement walls. WaterGuard is installed below the CleanSpace in the basement floor. It takes the collected water and guides it to the sump pump to be pumped out of the home.
