This homeowner's crawlspace in Columbia, IL, was open to outside air, causing it to be dirty and moldy. If left unfixed, this could have negative effects on the air quality and circulation in the house, as well as possible critter infestations. The CleanSpace encapsulation system was installed, which uses a liner to keep the crawlspace moisture-free and eliminate mold.
