Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A crawlspace in Altamont, IL, was humid, causing distress to the homeowner. To solve this issue, CleanSpace™ was used. This highly durable liner keeps outside elements and humidity out while also looking nice. With this system in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their crawlspace will remain dry. 

David W. of Swansea, IL was looking to waterproof and insulate his crawl space. Our system design specialist, John S., recommended a SmartSump, SmartSump and CleanSpace Vapor Barrier for waterproofing purposes. The CleanSpace lines the crawl space and keeps out moisture, where the SmartSump and SmartPipe work to redirect and pump water out of the crawl space. Our foreman Jose L. and his crew installed these systems, along with a SilverGlo Wall Insulation System. SilverGlo keeps the crawl space and floors above warmer, yet dry, in the winter, saving David money on energy and heating bills.  

A basement in Wildwood, Missouri, had water seepage that was leaking in through the walls. To address this issue, the homeowners opted to seal the walls to block the water. Woods came in and installed the CleanSpace System to resolve the issue. This system consists of a highly durable sheet that is placed on the walls. It effectively directs the water to the sump pump nearby so it can be removed. Thanks to Woods Basement Systems, this basement will stay dry for years to come.

With water standing in his crawlspace, Jon T. of Columbia, Missouri decided to have Woods fix his crawlspace. Jon was concerned about the possible mold and rotting wood that could come if the water did not stay out of his crawlspace. Woods installed Drainage Matting and CleanSpace to keep away unwanted water and moisture. To ensure the space would be properly maintained, Jon also had a SaniDry and Sump Pump installed. The Sump Pump would pump out all standing water and the SandDry would filter the air, regulating the temperature and humidity.
