Sandy and Lester J were concerned when they noticed that the floors in their home were starting to sink.  So they decided to call Woods Basement Systems.  System Design Specialist Chris S was able to come up with a solution to the problem.

Foreman Jose L installed a Push Pier in their basement.  The push pier, shown above, will support the level of the floor that is sinking, and over time will be able to raise it back up to its original height.  This will help to stabilize the floors.

A foundation was settling in Richmond Heights, MO, causing cracks to form on the outside of the house. To solve this issue, the Push Pier System was installed. These will permanently stabilize the foundation, and in many cases, lift it back toward its original position. These can also close cracks and improve the operation of windows and doors.
