JD had a sales appointment today with Doris Y. She has some issues with her floor sloping in her home and had another company quote an estimate for piers for thousands of dollars. JD let her know that the repair she needed was something very simple with her floor joists and piers were not necessary. She is SO HAPPY that he was honest and upfront with her, saved her thousands of dollars, she respects his opinion, and said he represents our company well.
