JD had a sales appointment today with Doris Y. She has some issues with her floor sloping in her home and had another company quote an estimate for piers for thousands of dollars. JD let her know that the repair she needed was something very simple with her floor joists and piers were not necessary. She is SO HAPPY that he was honest and upfront with her, saved her thousands of dollars, she respects his opinion, and said he represents our company well. Woods Basement Systems came to our home to repair the wall in our basement. My husband and I had to work that day and were concerned about leaving the workers in our home. Everything turned out wonderful and nothing in our home was damaged.

Thank you for fitting me into your appointment schedule last week. I was going to have a problem selling my home because of an engineer's report about the rear wall of my home. You were the only one who took the time to actually measure my wall and explain to me what was happening to my home. I was surpirsed the engineer was so far off when he said the rear wall was approximately bowed in two inches. The laser you used showed me the wall was indeed off - but only one inch. Seeing is believing. I had Helitech do an estimate, but they only went off the engineer's report and never took the time to do as thorough of an examination as you did. They recommended I spend $5000 to fix a wall you proved did not need any work. Thank you again so much for all you did and if anyone has a problem in their basement I will have them call you!

While work was being done your employee explained what they were doing and how it will help my foundation. My basement was cleaner when they finished than before they started. Thanks.

Mike explained things quite clearly so that I could understand and took the time with me.  he really did recommend a solution for my basement problem.  The topper is that everything is transferable to new owners when i sell the house which is a huge plus in my opinion.

Excellent customer service!  I met with Rich Obermeier, and he was very informative.  He gave me a solution to my basement problems, and it was was consistent with the structural engineer's report.  The cost was competitive and very good.  I am looking forward to doing business with Woods Basement Systems.
