We were watching two basement cracks getting larger and starting to leak more and more every time it rained.  Woods came in with their metal plates and anchored the wall closing up the cracks.  We also did their white wall material and installed a second sump pump to stop the water.  It is all working good so thanks for doing a good job for us.

I am definitely satisfied with the work that was done at my home. One of the greatest benefits was that my retaining wall is no longer falling down. I had a great experience with the technician that came out to my house.

Woods Basement Systems was professional and courteous. I was pleased to see that the workers took such care when working in my home. The workers put mats down on my floors and stairs and even wore plastic boot covers to keep the mud and dirt off of my floors.

While I was listening to Rodger during our meeting, I recieved the news that I'd need a structual evaluation for my re-mortgage loan. Rodger refocused his efforts after listening to my concern, obtaining one of his superiors to take a look at my basement. Both rescheduled their calenders and were at my door the next morning!
