I am definitely satisfied with the work that was done at my home. One of the greatest benefits was that my retaining wall is no longer falling down. I had a great experience with the technician that came out to my house.

Woods Basement Systems was professional and courteous. I was pleased to see that the workers took such care when working in my home. The workers put mats down on my floors and stairs and even wore plastic boot covers to keep the mud and dirt off of my floors.

While I was listening to Rodger during our meeting, I recieved the news that I'd need a structual evaluation for my re-mortgage loan. Rodger refocused his efforts after listening to my concern, obtaining one of his superiors to take a look at my basement. Both rescheduled their calenders and were at my door the next morning! I found Rodger's sales approach as very personable and professional. I believe he is a very kind and honest person who care for people and their situation in life.

Jeff did a great job on our install!  Jeff was polite and answered all of my questions!
