Effective Concrete Leveling & Concrete Sealing

The major flaw of concrete is that the ground that it was poured on top of will inevitably shift and sink over time. In the states of Illinois and Missouri sinking concrete is all too common which is why our company has gone to great lengths to develop fast and effective concrete lifting and leveling solutions. PolyLevel is a revolutionary product that is minimally invasive and not only lifts and levels concrete but also stabilizes it.

How PolyLevel works:

  1. The concrete lifting and leveling process begins with a few small holes drilled in the slab.
  2. Then the PolyLevel polymer is injected into the holes and expands to provide an accurate lift.
  3. After only about 15 minutes the polymer is dry and the concrete is ready to be walked and even driven on.

This concrete lifting and leveling technique is faster, less disruptive, and arguably more effective than mud jacking, which is the standard that PolyLevel replaces. We even offer SealantPro concrete sealing, which extends slabs' lifespans by 3 to 5 times overall in just one quick application. This concrete sealing system is resistant to moisture, oil, UV rays, abrasions, and more.

To remove tripping hazards, stabilize concrete, and lift it back to a level height nothing is faster or more effective than PolyLevel concrete leveling. After, our concrete sealing system will preserve your slabs for a lifetime. To schedule a FREE concrete lifting and leveling or concrete sealing estimate, contact us today!

We can Fix:
  • Sunken sidewalks
  • Sagging steps
  • Uneven patios
  • Sinking driveways

Saving Energy with CleanSpace

Sheila and Dale were on a mission to make their home more comfortable and energy efficient so they sought out the guidance of Dr. Energy Saver.

The CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system was installed to isolate the house from the earth. CleanSpace is a practical and fresh-looking energy saver that not only reduces air flow that comes from under then into the home, but also provides additional storage space that is safe from damage. Basement Waterproofing System Installed in Dahlgren, IL

A family in Dahlgren, IL was using their unfinished basement as a play area for the kids, workout space, and storage as so many people do. Unfortunately, water was seeping into their basement at the base of the foundation, causing an unpleasant damp smell along with water puddling on the floors. They called Woods Basement Systems to correct the issue.

Our installation team came in and put a complete waterproofing system in place. This fool proof system included the WaterGuard drainage track, a Twin Pack sump pump, a Lawnscape outlet for the rain gutters, and IceGuard.

These patented products working together will keep this family's basement dry and comfortable through every season!

Dennis R. of Dahlgren, Illinois was troubled by water leaking into his basement. The water risked damaging his valuables and created a musty environment. Foreman Greg H. installed a waterproofing solution.

Dennis can now enjoy his dry, beautiful basement.

CleanSpace and SaniDry Installation in Mc Leansboro, Illinois

Diane and Rick C of Mc Leansboro, Illinois were distraught by their moldy crawlspace. Water seepage cause mold to overtake their crawlspace. System design specialsit Kevin E. designed a solution.

Foreman Michael J. installed CleanSpace. CleanSpace is an inorganic vapor barrier that prevents water from entering the basement. Because it is inorganic, it does not support mold growth. To further preven mold, SaniDry was instaled. SaniDry is an energy efficient dehumidifier. Keeping the humidity below 50% will keep mold away.

Diane and Rick are pleased with their restored crawlspace. They no longer have concerns about mold.

WaterGuard, BrightWall and TwinPack in Mc Leansboro, Illinois

Bruce and Lee P. of Mc Leansboro, Illinois were troubled by water leaking into their basement through their block foundation. The water seepage caused mold and a musty odor. A Woods Basement Systems system design specialist designed a solution.

WaterGuard, a perimeter drainage system, was installed. Water is guided from the wall to WaterGuard by BrightWall. BrightWall also creates a beautiful, finished look. WaterGuard collects and guides the water to the TwinPack sump pump system. TwinPack is equipped with two pumps to ensure the basement stays dry.

Bruce and Lee are thrilled their basement is dry and will stay dry.

Waterproofing in Dahlgren, IL Crawl Space

Bill C. of Dahlgren, Illinois became worried when he discovered his crawl space was holding water when it rained. Because wet crawl spaces are the perfect place for mold to grow, it is important to get that problem taken care of right away. The mold spores can end up in the house, which means the homeowner is breathing in spores all the time. Bill understood the risks with a wet crawl space, so he called Woods Basement Systems.

Design specialist Jacob K. discussed the problem with Bill C. and came up with the best solution. Soon after speaking, foreman Brett J. headed over to the home. To make sure any future water leaks were taken care of, Brett J. installed a SmartPipe system and a Zoeller sump pump with a discharge line. The SmartPipe system is a drainage system made specifically for crawl spaces. It has holes on the top and front, which allows it to collect water from the both the soil and the surface of the crawl space. The Zoeller sump pump is also made for crawl spaces. It gathers any water and, using the discharge line, sends the water out and away from the house. Together, these products ensure a completely dry crawl space.

Bill C. no longer has to stress about a wet crawl space. He can now be worry free whenever it rains.

Foundation Stabilize in McLeansboro, IL

Sinking foundations are a homeowner’s nightmare. If the problem is not fixed soon then it can get worse, fast. That’s why Dan and Verma of Mc Leansboro, MO called Woods Basements Systems. System Design Specialist Brandon B. was able to come up with a plan for them.

Waterproofing in Urbana, IL Basement

John S. of Urbana, Illinois noticed that water was collecting in his home's basement. Instead of ignoring the problem, he called Woods Basement Systems.

Design specialist Gregory B. discussed the best options with the homeowner. Foreman Miguel O. then traveled to the home to install a WaterGuard system and a CleanSpace wall system. The WaterGuard system is placed along the perimeter of the the basement, just above the footings. It collects any water coming up from the ground before it reaches the surface of the basement. The CleanSpace wall system is fastened to the basement walls and provides a vapor barrier and drains any leaks that occur behind it.

John S. now has a dry and waterproof basement. He no longer has to worry about any water seeping through the walls or floors.

Cracked and Uneven Concrete Slabs Fixed With PolyLevel In Sidney, IL

Mike P. of Sidney, IL noticed that the concrete outside of his home was facing some issues. Not only were the concrete slabs sinking unevenly, but they were also cracking. Aware of potential issues for the home, in addition to the realization of the danger of tripping, he decided to call Woods Basement Systems for a free estimate.

Systems Design Specialist Gregory B. visited the home and informed Mike that concrete settling and cracking can naturally occur over time. This can be the result of weight of the concrete in addition to an accumulation of the weight of what the concrete is responsible for holding up. He also said that the appropriate solution would be for foreman Andrew T. to install PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a foam injection that is installed into the concrete and works to lift it back to its original position.

Since the installation of PolyLevel, Mike no longer has to fear for the danger of his home in addition to the dangers for himself or his family.

Wet Basement Waterproofed In Dahlgreen, IL

David and Mary W. of Dahlgren, IL were having problems with water coming into their basement. Upon realizing the frustration and issues that this wet basement was causing after heavy rainfalls, they decided to contact Woods Basement Systems for a free quote about fixing the issue.

Systems Design Specialist Brenton K. came out and evaluated the scene and determined that the appropriate solution would be to have foreman Melvin F. waterproof the basement. He installed WaterGuard and IceGuard. Both of these products work together in order to keep the basement dry. WaterGuard pushes water towards the top of the surface to keep it from reaching the ground, while IceGuard works to keep water flowing during winter months when freezing is a concern.

Since their basement is waterproofed, David and Mary no longer fear rain in the forecast.

SmartJack Installed in Noble, IL

Bobbi and Chris W were concerned when they noticed that their floors were sinking. So, they decided to call Woods Basement Systems. One of our System Design Specialists was able to come up with a solution to the problem.

Foundation Cracks Repaired with Push Piers

Maplewood, Missouri homeowner Sam noticed cracks in his brick foundation that were both interior and exterior. He gave Woods Basement Systems a call and Team Woods developed a plan for him.

Foreman Jose and his crew installed Push Piers to lift the foundation. The steel rods are driven into the ground to a depth that the soil is solid. The weight of the home is then transfered from the moving soil to the rods. This prevents future settling of the home and also raises the home closing the gaps.

Sam can now rest easy knowing no more cracks will appear and his home is sturdy.

The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier

Dale and Marla O. of Shiloh, Illinois had previously had their crawl space sealed by Woods Basement Systems. When our System Design Specialist came out to the home, he also recommended we install a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. At the time, the couple did not want to have that done right away so the crawl space was sealed without a Sedona. After an annual maintenance check on their TripleSafe system, the decided to have the SaniDry Sedona system installed.
