Push Piers are steel rods that are driven into the soil beneth the home. They go down to the bedrock to provide resistance from settling and in many cases lift the foundation back to its original position. During the install more pressure is applied to the rod than when the strusture is on it to insure they can handle the weight of the structure. 

The WaterGuard that was paired with the Push Piers goes on the interior perimeter of the wall. It is under the floor to catch water before it enters and direct it away to the sump pump. Since the WaterGuard sits slightly off the wall, it can also catch water that seeps in through the porous concrete walls. 

Richard and Irene now have peice of mind that their items stored in the garage will be kept dry and their foundation will settle no more. 

Andrew H. from Old Monroe, MO made the decision to call Woods Basement Systems for a free estimate when saw that the concrete outside his home was cracking.
