Communication issues were a small problem. Permitting took 3 weeks when we were not told this could be an issue. Also, and electrician showed up a week after the installation. We had no idea an electrician was coming. would have been good to know thta ahead of time.

I considered canceling my contract when I learned the sales person had given me directly opposite requirement of me regarding the electrical work to be done before your work could be done, Your office person, Heather was able to straighten things out and reassure me my contract included this work. Even with this reassurance, I still received written notice from your company that it was my responsibility to have electrical work done. Evidently not all persons involved are on the same page regarding electrical issues. This caused me considerable time in hiring and canceling an electrician . My frustration was eased by Heather in the office who took care of all scheduling, gave me her direct line # and coordinated everything beautifully.

My basement wall had cracks so wide you could see the out side. when it would rain it was like a built in water fountain in my basement(smile) I was very surprise at the low cost. if you need good quality basement work at the lowest cost woods basement is the best.one year later no more leaks. thank you woods basement.

Your service technicians are always friendly, knowledgeable and explain what they're doing. Most recently, Quinton came to fix a lead dripping down the basement wall. When I bought the system, you said that there would be no damage. However, there have been problems in the northeast corner of the basement. You have come twice and fixed (currently fixing the second time) without cost. I am very impressed by the way you back up your work.

Dave Palmer (definitely a WOW! service guy!!!) was here today for an annual maintenance inspection. I was pleasantly surprised by how thorough he was. He pointed out several things to keep an eye on....things that Woods can fix....but there was absolutely no pressure to make an on the spot decision. He also asked great questions to really understand what we notice about the structure of our house, and he took time and listened to my answers.
