We have been fighting water in our basement for 13 years. Now we can't wait until it rains - we can now sleep at night when it rains and if we leave home not have to return home from a trip if it rains.

We have dreaded the project for 12 years but got tired of water cleanup. Woods made the solution happen for us.

We are very, very please with the workmanship or your crew and their attention to our satisfaction. When Doug first came out to give us the estimate, he said you would check your archives and see if you could find a record of my friend and she would receive $100 for referring us. I spoke with Ashley and she found the archived records and said the check would be mailed to our house for her. As of this date she hasn't received it in the mail or been delivered to her at work at Spring Gardens. Because of her recommendation, it is the reason we made the first call to your company. On Monday, June 23rd, we received a call from your office to make an appointment to come out and finish the job. The job was finished in about 3 hrs. Some of the covers we returned because of plumbing send wiring issues that they would not fit over 4 of the plates, so the job boss said he would contact the office and get us a credit for returning the 4 covers. I would appreciate your help on getting these 2 issues resolved. We have recommended your company to many, many people and I keep your phone number in my cell phone to give to everyone we talk to. Thank you so much for the great work your company does. Vicki Hyman

I can't say enough good things about Chris Armstrong! He went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one, after a rough start with a faulty estimate. The crews on both waterproofing jobs were excellent!

The purpose for writing this review is to comment on the service provided by your service technician, Dave Palmer II. He did a fantastic job of explaining the maintenance process. He was very thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. I am particularly appreciative of the fact that he recognized that my discharge line needed to be rerouted for maximum efficiency; so that water would not flow back to my home. Thanks, Mr. Palmer, for making this a pleasant experience.

Jose' was the crew leader with ceasar and Brandon. They worked well together, very efficient, polite and fast. Explained how everything worked. I would give that particular team a big fat 5!

The crew that was sent to make the repairs were professional and did a great job with the work and clean up. I greatly appreciate their efforts to keep the dust and debris contained within a small area of the basement. They really went above and beyond my expectations on this job! Thank You.

The company salesman and installers were very professional, courteous, patient, explained the process, reviewed the results, cleaned-up well from my request for service to the completion of the job.

The only complaint I have is when the salesperson was originally out. I specifically asked them about moving a pool out of the way and he told me I did not have too. I had some other things in the basement that needed to be moved. So a foreman came out to inspect before the project started. He then told us the pool had to be moved. Which was about 5 days before waterproofing was suppose to start and it was October. The techincians were great! They did exactly what they said they would and in the time frame they said. Matt went over everything with me every morning. He was very professional and so was his crew. I was very pleased with the overall experience and would definatley recommend!

Job Stories From West Alton, MO

New Spray Foam Insulation Replaces FiberGlass in West Alton, MO

Homeowners Tony and Michelle from West Alton, Missouri had Team Woods look over their previous fiberglass insulation. The team noticed that this insulation was falling and was no longer serving its purpose. The team recommended switching from fiberglass to spray insulation to keep mold and mildew out and to insulate the home adequately.

Team Woods installed the new spray foam insulation where the fiberglass insulation had been. The spray foam insulation sealed both the crawl space and the attic. This new insulation will also help save you money and create cleaner air! Thanks to the spray foam insulation, Tony and Michelle will have a nicely insulated home.
