A porch in Pittsfield, IL was unleveled and needed to be addressed. The homeowners decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands to lift and level the concrete slabs. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the gaps in the concrete. This flexible sealant will withstand any harsh weather the homeowner may receive, as it is very durable. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their porch is in great shape! 

In Cottleville, Missouri homeowner Shea M. was dealing with a wet basement. Her basement was leaking where the floor meets the wall, causing damage to her flooring and her items in storage. She made a call to Woods Basement Systems after hearing a commercial on television. Our foreman Jose Lorenzana and his team were able to solve her leaking basement problem, as well as stop the formation of more foundation cracks in her home.

Water was entering a basement in Batchtown, IL, causing significant damage to it. To solve this issue, the WaterGuard System was first installed.  This perimeter drainage system will catch wall seepage and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharge it from the house. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system, which turns on if the power goes out, and effectively pumps out the water. Lastly, a SaniDry Sedona was installed. This efficient, high-capacity, dehumidification system also includes an air filtration system, all in a single unit. This system wrings the air dry, and its powerful blower moves the dry air in and around the area. It also automatically drains the water it catches into the TripleSafe, so there is no need to empty any bucket with this system. This basement will forever stay dry thanks to these systems!
