Shelley and Craig P. of Leadwood, Missouri were dealing with a water leak in their basement. Recently, rainwater would leak onto the basement floor at the floor/wall joint, destroying the floors and walls. They decided it was finally time to get their wet basement fixed once and for all and made a call to Woods Basement Systems. Foreman Michael D. and his team installed WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement walls. This system will capture water at the joint before it can reach the basement floors and send it out of the home. Once the system was installed, the homeowners were happy knowing their basement would stay dry for years to come.
Homeowner Gina B. of Patterson, Missouri wanted to have his basement waterproofed. Her basement would often flood after a heavy rain or storm, destroying the items she had stored in the space. She called Woods Basement Systems to have them completely waterproof the space. The products used to waterproof the space include WaterGuard, IceGuard, TripleSafe and CleanSpace.
Mold on the baseboard and drywall (like in this Eureka, Missouri home) can be caused from water seepage getting into the basement behind the finished wall where the floor and foundation wall meet. Our WaterGuard® waterproofing drainage system collects the water before it can damage a finished basement.
Linwood V. of Eureka, Missouri was surprised when he learned his home's crawl space was collecting water. He knew standing water could rotting and mold growth, so he called Woods Basement Systems for assistance.
Design specialist Warren S. assessed the problem and that the installation of a CleanSpace encapsulation system, a SmartDrain, and an EverLast door would fix the problems. Foreman Josh B. then headed to the home to get the job started.
The EverLast door, pictured above, is used as an entrance to the crawl space. It provides an airtight seal and keeps debris and water out of the crawl space.
Linwood V. no longer has to worry about water entering his home's crawl space. He now has a dry and waterproof crawl space.
John and Margaret had a major crack in their basement floor, causing water to leak in, so they decided to call Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Gerald D. recommended installing a Twin Pack pump and WaterGuard.
Foreman, Bradly P. installed the products. The Twin Pack sump pump has two stainless steel pumps included for a second line of defense. Also the pumps are installed at different heights as to combat flooding. WaterGuard is installed in the basement floor and it helps to collect water that seeps through basement walls and guides the water to the sump pump to be removed from the home.
Now John and Margaret B. has a dry basement.
