This Chesterfield, Missouri homeowner came across a leak in the basement along one side of a wall only during a heavy rainfall.  We installed our WaterGuard® basement waterproofing system that neatly fits behind the finished drywall.  The WaterGuard® drains all the collected water to our TriplSafe® sump pump system that includes a three pumps, including one that is a battery backup.

Epoxy wall crack repair is stronger than the original concrete and if it re-cracks it either was applied wrong or a serious settling problem has occurred.

We installed Foundation SupportWorks® push piers on the exterior of this Chesterfield, Missouri home to stop the foundation from settling.

WaterGuard was installed in this Chesterfiled basement under the concrete at the most common point of entry, around the basement perimeter, which then drains excess water into the sump and helps to keep the basement dry.

An old sump pump was not able to keep up with the flow of water flooding this Chesterfield basement. The homeowners had the UltraSump Pump installed to keep their basement dry.

Water can wreak havoc on basements and make it difficult to use the space effectively, and this was the case in this Wildwood, Missouri basement.
