Concrete slabs were sinking in front of a house in Park Hills, MO, causing them to become uneven. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. This is a unique approach to repairing sinking concrete.  After drilling small holes into the concrete, a polymer foam is injected into the concrete slab to stabilize the surface. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slabs back up. This will improve the safety of the concrete and restore peace of mind for years to come!

This Chesterfield, Missouri basement has leaks that leave the basement floor covered with water. In the before picture we see an entry point for water. WaterGuard was installed in this home which is a unique waterproofing system in that it sits on the footing of the home's foundation rather than in the mud which prevents the WaterGuard from clogging with mud.
