Howard of St. Louis, Missouri had a sinking foundation in his garage that prevented the door from closing properly, so he decided to call Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Bill F. recommended installing PolyLevel. 

Foreman, Mason S. installed the product. PolyLevel is a polyurethane formula used to permanently lift and stabilize sinking concrete slabs. First, small holes are drilled into the concrete, then the polymer is injected into the void and cement covers the holes. Within 15 minutes of installation, the concrete can be used again. 

Now Howard S. can safely use his garage.

Mark of St. Louis, Missouri wanted to waterproof his basement, so he set up a consultation with Woods Basement Systems to waterproof his space. He met with system design specialist, Chris A, who customized a personalized plan for his basement. Chris recommended a  new TripleSafe sump pump along with a WaterGuard draining system. Now, Mark and his family can rest easy knowing that he won't have to worry about the condition of his basement for years to come!

Kristen and Tom K. needed their basement to be waterproofed, so they call Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Joshua L. recommended installing a TripleSafe sump pump and WaterGuard. 

Foreman, Melvin F. installed the products. The TripleSafe sump pump is guaranteed to keep water out of your home with a primary pump ,a secondary pump, and a battery-powered backup pump. WaterGuard is a perimeter drainage system which is installed into the basement floor. It works to collect water that seeps through the basement walls and guides it to the sump pump to fully remove it from the home. 

Now Kristen and Tom K. have a safe, dry basement. 

Kirkwood, Missouri homeowner Tom had a porch that was settling quickly. This caused him worry about the other damage it was doing to his home. He gave Woods Basement Systems a call and System Design Specialist Luke K. developed the plan for him. 

Foreman Mason and his crew injected PolyLevel under the porch. The PolyLevel is injected through holes smaller than a penny and will set in just a couple of hours. The light-weight, eco-friendly, wash-out free expanding foam is perfect for concrete lifting jobs.

Kirkwood, Missouri homeowner James wanted to be proactive about waterproofing his home. His old sump pump was worn out and in a muddy puddle. He gave Woods Basement Systems a call and Team Woods developed a plan for him.

The Foreman removed the old pump and drainage and replaced it with the TripleSafe System and WaterGuard. This will lead any water to the pump and the three pump system will make sure all the water is removed from the home. It is air sealed to make sure only water is getting in and that it can also not evaporate back out. 

James has enjoyed drier air and fewer worries since having the system installed!
