Kirkwood, Missouri small business owner Peter S. was concerned when he discovered water leaking into the basement where the floor meets the wall. The water risked creating a musty environment. Thankfully, he took action before mold began to grow. System design specialist Tim W. designed a solution to keep the basement dry.

Foreman Ryan L. and his crew began waterproofing the basement by installting WaterGuard, a perimeter drainage system. WaterGuard collects and guides water to the TripleSafe sump pump system. TripleSafe is equipped with a main pump, backup pump and battery-powered pump to ensure the basement stays dry. In addition to WaterGuard and TripleSafe, IceGuard was installed. IceGuard is attached to the external discharge lines and provides an exit for water in the event that the lines become frozen or clogged.

Peter is pleased to know that his basement is dry and will stay dry. He can sleep soundly knowing there will be no water leaks or mold.

Kathryn S was concerned when she noticed that her basement walls were beginning to bow. So, she decided to call Woods Basement Systems. System Design Specialist Chris S was able to come up with a solution to the problem. 

Foreman Jeremy R installed a Geo-Lock Wall Anchor, shown above, in Kathryn’s basement. The Wall Anchor has two ends, one will attach to stable soil away from the house and the other end will attach to the basement walls. The device can be tightened and overtime will straighten the walls. 

Saint Louis, Missouri homeowner Greg had worked with Woods Basement Systems before for Geo-Lock Wall Anchors and TripleSafe sump pump. When he needed added waterproofing to the walls in his basement he knew just where to call. 

Foreman Jeremy and his crew installed the CleanSpace basement system to catch any water vapor coming in through the porous walls. This anti-microbial vapor barrier will reduce humidity and mold in the basement. 

Greg now has a great looking basement that is better suited for his storage needs.

Foreman, Donald A. installed the products. The TripleSafe sump pump is guaranteed to keep your home dry with its three-in-one design. It includes a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a backup battery-powered pump. IceGuard is installed on the  outside of the home and allows  water to expel from the guards in case pipes get clogged or freeze.

Now Chris R. has a dry basement.  

Howard of St. Louis, Missouri had a sinking foundation in his garage that prevented the door from closing properly, so he decided to call Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Bill F. recommended installing PolyLevel. 

Foreman, Mason S. installed the product. PolyLevel is a polyurethane formula used to permanently lift and stabilize sinking concrete slabs. First, small holes are drilled into the concrete, then the polymer is injected into the void and cement covers the holes. Within 15 minutes of installation, the concrete can be used again. 

Now Howard S. can safely use his garage.
