A front patio in Saint Louis, MO had unprotected concrete joints. The homeowner reached out to Woods and we had a solution! Customer, Gary of St. Louis, Missouri experienced cracks and sinking concrete slabs in his driveway. That can can be a tripping hazard and/or cause damage to vehicles. So, he decided to call Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Chris A., found that PolyLeveling would work for the job.

Foreman, Bryan N. installed the PolyLevel. It is a high density polyurethane formula that permanently lifts and stabilizes concrete slabs. First,  small, dime-sized holes are drilled into the concrete. Then, the polymer is injected and the hole are covered up with cement. The concrete can be used within 15 minutes, so there's no long wait for it to settle.

Water was entering a basement in Saint Louis, MO, causing damage to the walls and floor. To solve this issue, the WaterGuard System was installed. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system. This system has a design that will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes. This basement will now remain clean and dry for years to come!

A concrete floor was settling in a Saint Louis, MO basement causing the slab to crack and become uneven. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slab back up. Additionally, NexusPro Joint Sealant was installed.
