To solve this issue, CleanSpace™ was used to encapsulate the walls of the basement. This highly durable liner will keep the humidity out. Next, WaterGuard™ was used to collect the water that entered the basement. This system won't get clogged, due to its horizontal design that sits on top of the soil. Then, a sump pump was used to discharge the water out of the basement. It has a battery back-up generator to ensure the pump keeps working, even during a power outage. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their basement will remain dry for years to come!

So, he decided to call Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Chris A., found that PolyLeveling would work for the job.

Foreman, Bryan N. installed the PolyLevel. It is a high density polyurethane formula that permanently lifts and stabilizes concrete slabs. First,  small, dime-sized holes are drilled into the concrete. Then, the polymer is injected and the hole are covered up with cement. The concrete can be used within 15 minutes, so there's no long wait for it to settle.
