This homeowner's crawlspace in Columbia, IL, was open to outside air, causing it to be dirty and moldy. With the GeoLock Wall Anchor System, heavy duty steel anchors are buried some ways away from the home and connected to the home using steel rods. These rods are then attached to steel wall plates that are placed directly on the wall. As the rods are tightened, they pull the wall back into place. With this install in place, this wall will be stable for decades to come.

A concrete patio was sinking in Columbia, IL, causing concern for the homeowners. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was installed.
