A pool patio in Columbia, IL, was sinking and needed to be addressed before the issue worsened. The homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used to level the concrete. By drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath, the foam then expands, lifting the concrete slabs up to level them out. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the gaps and cracks in the concrete. This flexible sealant will withstand any harsh weather. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their concrete is in great shape!

A crawlspace in Marquand, Missouri, had a messy crawlspace that needed encapsulation and new supports. The floor joists above were starting to show signs of failure and needed to be addressed. Woods came out and first sealed the crawlspace using the CleanSpace System. This system consists of a highly durable sheet of material that is placed directly on the walls and ground of the crawlspace. Not only does this help with the humidity, but this seal will also protect the crawlspace from rot, insects, and the outside elements. Not only that, but CleanSpace also brightens up the crawlspace, reflecting any available light back inward. With this system in place, Woods began to address the stabilization issue. The SmartJack System was then installed. It consists of custom-cut steel beams. They are placed in galvanized fill to equally distribute the weight of the building. They can be tightened over time. This allows maintenance to be done as the ground continues to shift without requiring another costly install. With these two installs in place, this crawlspace will be clean and stable for many years to come.
