Water was coming down the walls of a basement in Sikeston, MO, and was not being led to the sump pump properly. To solve this issue, the WaterGuard System was installed. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. A Woods team installed several Smart Jacks, each capable of supporting 60,000 pounds, underneath the floor joists to lift and support them.
