This system consists of a highly durable foam that is injected directly beneath the concrete. As it sets, the foam lifts the concrete back up to its original position. A concrete patio was sinking next to a pool in Chatham, IL, causing the slabs to become uneven and pose a tripping hazard. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. This is a unique approach to repairing sinking concrete.  After drilling small holes into the concrete, a polymer foam is injected into the concrete slab to stabilize the surface. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slabs back up. This will improve the safety and enjoyment of the patio for years to come!

Pesky water leaks had taken over this beautiful Aviston, IL basement. Team Woods utilized WaterGuards into the flooring to collect the water and direct it towards the sump pump. With WaterGuards in place, the water leaks won't pool on the floor and create damage, instead, they will be moved towards the sump pump and will be pumped back outside.
