Amy B. of Chatham, IL had a problem with humidity and moisture in her crawl space. Moisture would seep into the crawl space through the foundation walls and raised the humidity within the space, rotting the wooden floor joists above so she called Woods Basement Systems. Woods recommended an encapsulation system.

Woods installed the SaniDry crawl space dehumidifier. Smart Jacks, pictured above, are attached to the floor joists above the crawl space. Once the posts are installed, they are adjusted to help raise and level the floors. The Smart Jacks can be adjusted anytime necessary to help level the home.
