Warrensburg, IL homeowner Stan L. was concerned about the radon levels in his home as well as the high relative humidity of his crawl space.

System design specialist Greg B. evaluated the crawl space and suggested the use of CleanSpace, a vapor barrier that reduces moisture and humidity in the crawl space. Woods foreman Josh B. and crew then installed the CleanSpace vapor barrier in the crawl space, among other products such as the radon mitigation system and Geo-Lock Wall Anchors for a bowing wall.

Now Stan can live comfortably knowing the wall in his home is permanently stabilized, the radon levels are now safe, and the CleanSpace is providing a barrier between his home and the earth below it.

Keith F. of Johnston City, Illinois was troubled by water leaking into his basement where the floor meets the wall. In addition to WaterGuard, the TripleSafe sump pump was installed to waterproof his basement.

TripleSafe is equipped with a main pump, backup pump and battery-powered pump. The system is sealed, so water and moisture will not escape back into the basement. Keith is pleased to have a dry basement that will stay dry.
