A basement in Salem, IL, was leaking and wet, needing to be addressed. This was causing distress to the homeowner, so they decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, WaterGuard™ was installed to collect the water that entered the basement. This system sits horizontally on top of the soil to prevent clogging. Next, a sump pump was installed to discharge the water out of the basement. This sump pump has a battery back-up generator to ensure the sump pump keeps working even during a power outage. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their basement will remain dry all the time. 

Concrete in Salem, IL, was sinking and needed to be addressed. The homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used to level the concrete. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands to lift and level the concrete slabs. Next, NexusPro™ was used to seal the seams in between the concrete ground and side of the house. This flexible sealant will withstand any harsh weather the homeowner may receive. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their concrete is in great shape!

A foundation was shifting and becoming unstable in Macon, IL, causing concern. To solve this issue, GeoLock Wall Anchors were installed. These will permanently stabilize the wall, straightening it to its original position and keeping it in place. The cracks will also be closed so that no water can leak through.
