A crawlspace in Altamont, IL, was humid and needed to be addressed. The homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, CleanSpace™ was used. Craig, Findlay, Illinois homeowner, was concerned with water leaking into his basement. The water pooled in his basement and risked damaging the items he stored there. Craig had a sump pump, but it failed to keep the basement dry. System Design Specialist Greg B. designed a solution.

In addition to WaterGuard, Team Woods installed a new sump pump system. This system was equipped with a sealed lid, so water and moisture cannot escape from the sump. This waterproofing system keeps Craig's basement dry, so he no longer fears water pooling in his basement.

Moisture was entering a crawlspace in Findlay, IL, creating a damp and musty environment. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed. This will separate the crawlspace from the earth and will reduce the humidity level. Any mold growth will also be eliminated, making the whole house healthier. Years of water leaks had accumulated into this basement, but with the help of Team Woods, this was stopped! Team Woods installed a TripleSafe sump pump into the corner to collect and pump out pesky water leaks that snuck into the basement. 

To stop water damage from developing in this wet basement, Team Woods installed WaterGuard drains into the footing of the basement walls. These drains are installed in the footing so that they are able to collect and direct water leaks to the home's sump pump system.
